Back in February I had my month made! One of the children in one of the other rooms in my centre made me these gifts. I was touched that not only did she know my name but she thought about me enough to make something!

It is great to see relationships building and connections being made. When children think of you and create a gift for you it is a an important moment. It is evidence of your learning and practice as it is a trace of relationship building. It is feedback to you that the children see you as an important part of their life, part of their childcare community, a trusted adult.
